
New Bond Street, London W1
This project involved a rebuild behind a Listed facade to create new retail and office space. This was a complex building project involving detailed planning and Listed Building consent and the acquisition of additional land.

Vantage Park, Sheffield
This 24 acre site, close to Meadowhall Shopping Centre, now houses a first phase of 40,000 sq ft of office and industrial space. We decontaminated the site, obtained change of planning use and project managed the construction. Crucial to its success was identifying and negotiating a £2m grant from the European Regional Development Fund.

Bordon, Hampshire
A 12 acre environmentally sensitive site where planning consent has been granted for a mixed use scheme including retail and industrial uses. We have completed the site infrastructure works and negotiated land sales to a national warehouse group and to a licensed premises operator. We continue to explore change of planning use class to maximize asset value.

Trafford Park, Manchester
A 15 acre prime site now comprising over 300,000 sq ft of industrial space. We decontaminated the site, negotiated planning, raised bank finance ,dealt with all legal issues, agreed a design and build contract and constructed and let the units. Tenants now include DHL, Hays, Hutchison 3G, Hyva and Kutchenhaus. A key factor was maintaining a rental income stream from existing buildings on the site while construction was underway on the rest.
